		<description>In a doua categorie( care tine de angajator ): recrutarea, evaluarea si angajarea unui canditat pe criterii gresite. Am observat ca multi angajatori fac aceasta greseala, cand nu isi contureaza si nu transmit corect profilul viitorului angajat.</description>
